Not sure if my advise is any good for answering your question? On the IPhone I use Braille display with iBooks all the time. To change pages I use the right rocker button on my focus 14. To go top of page I use space bar and dots 123 and arrow until I get to the text. If you are a quick Braille reader I sometimes use second and third fingers swipe down screen to read pages continuously without stoping. It is easy to loose your spot because VO is reading quickly.
