Chenelle,
I haven't used a Braille Edge, but I can tell you that Voiceover's
Braille support is bloody amazing. I took an old Pac Mate BX Braille
display which is USB, and I plugged it into my Mid 2010 stock white
polycarbon MacBook, and that mother sang like a meadowlark in
springtime! It was trippy. Coming from Windows and Jaws or NVDA, I
became an instant fan of an operating system whose name I had formerly
parodied as Macintrash or Crappintosh! Gone are them days!
I can't speak specifically to your display, but you'll be in for a treat
as per my experience.

Hello everyone,
This is Chenelle,
It's been a long time since I posted on here. On my birthday which is June 1 I
will be receiving a new MacBook Pro laptop computer along with the braille edge
40 refreshable braille display. I wanted to know how well did both devices work
together using it in conjunction with VoiceOver?
Thank you so much and have a great day.
