Sorry it took me so long to reply. I wasn’t able to get that software running on my mac. I had to use a windows computer with JFW to use it. They use flash for there web software. Once you get it working every part of it is readable. You first have to plug the key fob into the main unit and then into the computer to use the software on it. Then it will ask for the pin code witch is the alarm turn off code. then it will let you int the software.
