Ah you have an airport extreme, very good so do I so I can be helpful here.:)
Go in to network under the edit option and select wireless, under there you can see, I believe it’s under advanced the 2.4 and 5.0 network name, it’s probably the same if you didn’t specifically define different names on setup. Your airport utility though will show you what you need and it’s very safe / easy to look, just don’t click apply or ok and use the cancel to back out and you’re good.
