You know, Mark, I have wondered how people do that. I've heard of
contests wherein the winner tweets using a hashtag. I just looked in
Tweetings for iOS, and I don't see it there either. A lot of companies
use Tweetdeck, but I haven't found that that app was really any good. it
was clunkier more so than it was inaccessible.

Hello,
I am cross posting this.
Can anyone recommend a good VoiceOver accessible iOS app that allows one to
either follow or be notified of updates to a hash tag?
As it currently stands in the Native iOS Twitter app, while one can search
for hash tag items, it is not possible to save that search or follow the
hash tag.
By following the hash tag, I mean that I would, at best, be notified when
others post using that hash tag or, at worst, be able to save the hash tag
as a search so that I do not need to retype it in, again.
Now I have Twitterific but, as far as I can tell, it does not allow for hash
tag push notifications.
