Donna, Do you want to rename the file containing the photo or video, or do some other type of renaming?
To rename any file, once you’ve figured out what it is of course, find the file and go into the context menu with VO-=shift-m. Rename should be on the list of possible actions. This is how I do it on the Mac, which I’m assuming you’re talking about. iOS is still a giant frustration so I rename photo and video files on the Mac.
