Hi, I believe that you may be misunderstanding things a little. The My Music tab simply shows the music either on your device, or the music available in iCloud through your Apple ID. Normally, there is a Shared tab for accessing music or other media from another device in the Home Sharing group. I'm using a temporary network right now so can't locate the exact location of the Shared item.
