Scott,
If you have office for windows, you can get window eyes free. No dollars. Also, 
I am not sure about Citrix and how much it might change. I remember years ago 
when window eyes started supporting it. That was a long time ago, and since I 
know nothing about Citrix and the changes that have happened in window eyes, I 
have no clue if the support is still good. Good luck.
