Yes, I have seen this, too.  It doesn’t happen very often, but when it does, 
it’s a little disconcerting.  It seems that any past thing that VoiceOver has 
said in that session is fair game.  I don’t believe it has anything to do with 
mouse motion, it just suddenly happens, sometimes in place of what is supposed 
to be said.

No, I have no idea why, either.  It’s just plain weird.  I always just put it 
behind me, and prayed the text wasn’t otherwise accessible or exposed somehow.
