I can think of two things to try. First, open an app which has the share button. Activate share. Go to more and activate it. Go through the list and see if Pages is in it and it says off button. If so, activate off to switch it to on. Then, go to the upper right corner of the display to activate the done button. It may be a good idea to try this in Pages as well.
If that does not work, make sure all of the documents in Pages are backed up somewhere else. Remove pages from the iDevice.
