Anouk, First if you downloaded iWork and you have a license, you can redownload it if necessary as long as you have the license key. You probably could just copy the apps, but remember there are preference files etc. that if you setup, you will want to copy those as well. Being that I've done fresh installs on more occasions then I want to admit, but a lot do to testing etc. it is not a painful process. A couple of questions. First are you having issues that you feel will be cleared up by reinstalling? You could of course use an external drive and backup with TIme Capsule and restore from it. The other option is very messy, but you can copy your home folder to an external location, but if your having issues, chances are you'll just copy the problems back. My advice is copy down all the license keys, and reinstal all your apps from scratch if you are having issues. You can format your drive during the install process.
