hi, Some posts from two or more years ago spoke of this issue. The fix was to go into Settings, General, Date & Time and turn 24 hour clock on. Set a timer and it would be on the Lock screen. Most people would then go back in and put it back to 12 hour and the Timer remained working as it should. Not sure why this is rearing it's ugly head again as I've never experienced this issue myself.
