Hi, Check if your new Mac is authorized. Go under the Account menu to Authorize, then to its sub-menu. Try to authorize your Mac. If it allows you to authorize it, then you should be OK. There are two main errors that could come up here. If you already have five computers authorized, then you'll need to de-authorize one or all in order to make room for this new one. Or, if it is already authorized, then it will tell you so, and then there's something odd going on.
