Bank of America, though a bit complex, is useable and they actively work to keep it so. One thing to note is that the prompts refer to what one would do in Windows and sometimes you have to adapt a bit with Voiceover. For example, the drop-down menus tell you to press ctrl-space and then tab through the choices. With voiceover the ctrl-space works but then yo need to use standard voiceover navigation and not the tab key to get to the choices. This might be due to the way I have something set. I am relatively new to the Mac, having just gotten mine in March. They could do some things to clean up page navigation but I don’t have any real trouble doing what I need to do.
