I was having some other issues and ended up restarting the Mac. It seems to have stopped doing that now. I should probably be reporting to Microsoft though, because there does seem to be an issue if one navigates up into the header section of the document with VO. It gets busy, yet some commands still can get through. I am able to save and eventually quit. All is fine when I come back. It’s good negative reinforcement I suppose to make me stop using the JAWS/NVDA read line command when I mean to use the one for VO.
