Hum, I installed that package and it doesn't seem to do much other than speak text that you type into a box.
I went looking at the manual and hunting for all the stuff it says you need, but none of it was to be had, so I'm not sure but the installer package obviously has it's own adjenda. Interestingly enough, when I pointed rbutilt at the ambiguous executable file I downloaded that came with spurious linux instructions, it accepted it and generated me a voice file, even though none of the libraries are in the appropriate places as far as I can tell. What a hap-hasard mess this thing is. I thought I left crap like this behind in the windows world. Whatever, my mp3 player talks properly now which is all I really cared about in the first place.
