Hi chuck thank you so much, I should have stated that the only thing I didn’t want to use is iTunes. It’s not that I don’t like iTunes, but when I transferred from windows to the mac something went nuts with my iTunes library, so now I have thousands of files in my iTunes folder. So if I convert with iTunes I will need 3 days to find the file. Anyhow I found an online converter that did the trick so now my voice memo is successfully in my itunes library and I have an mp3 version for my husband to listen to when he is out and about. My next step should be to fix my itunes library but right now it looks real scary lol. Thank you for your kindness in answering my question so quickly.
