Another thing you can do is: 1. Search for Mike Jackson. 2. Verify that you got only Mike Jackson songs 3. Select all (command-A) 4. Do get info 5. Change the Artest name to Michael Jackson
Note at either step 4 or step 5 you should get a warning message asking you to confirm changes to multiple items. HTH this helps in your Organization. I also seem to remember some discussion of a tool to find duplication in the iTunes library. This would have been about 3 years ago, but if you are facing an issue with this then I suggest you search for older MacVisionaries discussions on iTunes clean Best of luck!
