Just to confirm, you would like to reset voiceover for the Mac, correct? If so, under VoiceOver utilities, you need to go to the file menu, and under I believe the option should be, reset all preferences. If somebody else can confirm that, and correct me if need be, please? Otherwise, that's only way that I know how to reset voiceover on Mac.
