Hello I will list the most reliable way I have found to do this. 1. Open mail preferences and switch to the signatures tab.
2. Find the table called signatures this is actually a list of mail accounts. Select the mailbox you want a signature in and set a hot spot for that mailbox perhaps hotspot 3 with vo-shift-3. You can verify you have the correct hot spot by typing vo-command-3 and it will tell you what mmail account u have selected. 3. Move to the top of the table and find the all Signatures item. VO-Home should do this on El-Captain. 4. Now hit tab and you will be in a table called Names. This should have all of the signatures you have created. select one or more of these signatures and mark for drag with vo-comma. 5. Find the command “drop item at chosen hotspot” in the commands list, this is not bound to any key strokes or commanders by default. so you need to use commands help vo-H followed by VO-H a second time. 5. Voice over will ask you for a hotspot, give it 3 if you used the keystroke I provided. VoiceOver should tell you that it dragged the item(s) to your account.
