Mark,

I've used the Maps app and Navigon MobileNavigator (for several areas such
as North America), which is one of the turn-by-turn GPS solutions. It is not
a Mobile Geo or a Way FInder solution, but it is the most accessible
solution for under $100 for the iPhone. Note this is not going to work
out-of-the-box for the iPod Touch yet. It is possible, but that is another
discussion. So, will other options become available? Well one can hope and
since accessibility of the iPhone is still new, who knows what could come in
the future.
