Megan,I am not yet running Sierra. Unless the scheme changed in the latest Fusion, you can remap the NVDA key in VMware Fusion settings. I remapped to the accent key which is above the capslock key.

I guess it never occurred to me that karabiner and Seil would be the things that would break, but there ya go. Ergo, functionally my virtual machines are broken, since now I can't use the Mac's keyboard to interact with JAWS or NVDA, since my caps remapping is gone. I also used Karabiner to remap my mechanical keyboard at work in some very specific ways, since it's a very strange little keyboard and the layout was just very fiddly, so that's not much fun either. But the upshot is, has anyone found another solution that works for remapping? Ideally, something that still allows me to remap caps lock, since I still actually use some of the other commonly remapped keys like the tilde key, etc. I know I can't be the only person who relies heavily on VMWare and Windows along with Sierra, and someone else must be looking for a solution as well. thanks for any advice!
