Hi. Have found a bug in File Volt so if you report to Apple, please report this bug for me.
Once you set up File Volt, before you restart the computer to enable the process, please do turn off Voice Over to make the Mac restart or the process will not complete and you will be going round in circles my friend and I figured it out.
