Well, I was going threw old and new settings, to find out what was new or hidden, instead of buying a book, or asking someone else to figure it out for me. So, if you are editing a contact, and you do either the ring tone, or the text tone, there is a dialog that pops up when you go to select the sound, that says “emergency by pass” If you check it, then when do not disturb is on, there calls or text will come threw.
