I've also tried, being I'm the one with a phone, both on LTE as well as over wifi, and both're having this issue. I've called Apple, and they're not exactly sure what's going on. They're looking into it, but they're a little bit stumped at this time. This is on the nonbeta build of iOS 10.02, and I'm also having the issue with ITunes 12.5.1 running on the nonbeta build of OSX 10.12 Sierra with a Mac mini Late 2012 running 8GB ram, I5 processor. I'm just curious if any of yall're seeing this as well, and if so, when exactly did it start doing this to you? Thanks for any help/suggestions. By the way, yes, I have signed out and back in both on my phone as well as on my mac from my Apple ID. It's not a network issue on my end, I don't think, as my friend's having the same issue, and he's more than half way across the country from me gbeographicly. Not even on the same ISP. I'm not running a firewall nor any security stuff that would be blocking incoming nor outgoing traffic, and prior to yesterday, this has not been an issue prolonging.
