Ok, stacy, do the following.
One go to settings.
2 then go to general settings.
3. Now go to accessibility settings.
4. Now go to voiceover settings.
5. Now go to Speech.
6. Go to where you see alex and double tap with one fingre.
7. flick over to where you hear alex and double tap with one finger.
8. now flick over to where it says alex using 869 mega bites and double
tap with one finger to actavate alex.
