Hi, I've seen it happen before where it appears that the Guest is enabled in System Preferences, but does not show up in the Login Screen. To fix this, go into System Prefs, Users & Groups then click the lock to unlock the Users & Groups pane. Navigate to the Guest user in the Users, Groups and Login Options list, then navigate to the checkbox. Whether it is checked or not, VO-space on the checkbox, then close System Prefs. If you go back into System Prefs again, it should now be checked and should behave properly.
