Hi Donna, I'd be interested in knowing this as well. Currently, I hold down either arrow key for a few seconds until VO informs me that I'm at the top or bottom of the message list. It doesn't say that specifically, but when at either end, speech is heard and I know I''m at the top or bottom of the list. Best,
