If you do not have the automatically check for updates option selected, you can almost always find the option on the menu bar. If you bought an app from the app store, those updates will appear in the app store.

How does one update? I didn’t see an update selection in the menu; unless, I
missed it .

VoiceOver will announce when a new window is displayed. You should listen out
for it, as it’s easy to miss. VoiceOver says something like, ‘System has new
window’, or, ‘1Password has new window.’

The 6.3.4 update has to do with browser extensions. Before, you would download
and install the extension. This was changed. Now, you would be prompted to
compare a code with that shown in the browser. Simpler.

What I encountered prompts a question. Safari showed the code and the dialog
indicated that one was to go to 1Password and compare the code there. The
mystery was. where was that code being displayed in 1Password?

Turned out it was in a popover. Invoking the Window chooser then took me there
and I completed the task.

It was not obvious. So is this actually typical behavior? Is this where one
develops a habit of checking the Window chooser?
