Hi, Usually, if you create the alias, then place it on the Desktop, you can then access the contents. Those containers are usually removed if you remove the app from your iDevices, but that's a "usually". Regarding deleting of those items, I suspect that you would both need root access and you'd need to ensure that the app has been removed from all devices first.
