Nope, just keep moving to the left and you'll hear a slightly different tone 
that indicates you have moved to a new page. VoiceOver will speak this fact, 
but it can be a little confusing since when I did this it seemed it would 
announce a page that previously did not exist. So, what I haven't checked on 
because I simply forgot, is I believe what is happening is VoiceOver is letting 
me know that it has moved to a new page and a new page was added. This is what 
I believe and someone can of course set me straight. I do know there is a limit 
on the number of apps that can be contained on a page.
