Hi guys:
I found an authorized service center that will replace my MBP battery, but I
have to order it from the Internet. I’m also thinking about letting them
replace my 7200 rpm 500 HD with an SSD. My question is is it worth the hard
drive upgrade? Will my MBP work faster? It has 8GB RAM right now with cor i7
processor. Also, is it worth having him install the latest Os, Sierra on a
machine this old? I don’t want to sync a lot of money in to this machine, but I
really cannot afoard to buy a new one.
Battery will cost $99 $25 to put it in. He said it would cost $150 alltogetehr
to put in the SSD. OF course, this doesn’t cost the price of the SSD.
