Hi Becky, there is a free program called louis that should work with El
Capitan. Braille Blaster is also free, but when I went to the site to try to
download it a couple of weeks ago, the only way I could do it was if I was
willing to be a beta tester. Duxbury Systems also has software for the Mac.
They have a beta version, but it costs about $600.00. However, you can download
a demo version for free. Hope this helps.

I will be starting an online class that requires that I do braille translation
in both Nimbus code and you EB math on my Mac. Does anyone know of a braille
translation software that is VoiceOver compatible and works well on the Mac? As
