Hello Andrew,

Is it on iOS 10.1 or 10.1.1? There’s a problem on some iOS devices with these
releases. I had it on my iPhone SE, but fixed it by restoring to factory
settings. I had to do this for iOS 10.1 and iOS 10.1.1. Apparently, a new iOS
10.1.1 has been released which does not cause the problem.
When it happened to me, I reported it to Apple Accessibility and they had me
send them the crash logs for my iPhone, where they found multiple crashes. The
problem is not imaginary.

Cheers,

Anne
