Well, the KNFBReader can kind of read computer screens. You probably won't be able to use an otherwise inaccessible app by having the KNFBReader read the screen to you. But if you get stuck, you might be able to figure out why by having it read an inaccessible dialog box or something like that. I keep a gigantic C-clamp in my desk drawer so I can prop up my phone in front of the computer monitor and have the KNFBReader read the screen. Most of the time it doesn't help that much. Once in a while it is a life saver.

Tip: the NFB pretty regularly puts the KNFBReader app on sale for $75. The normal price is $99. I don't know if it's on sale right now but it it is not and if you don't need it right away, you can probably save $24 by waiting a few weeks.

Hello,
of cores everyone is searching to find the best accessibility tools
to help surviving in life, and I read about the KNFB reader on Iphone,
the only thing that will make me buy it is, does it read the computer
screen, if I found something that I could not read with Voice over?
this is the most important part for me. because, the KNFB reader will
not read Arabic, but if it can read the computer screen, I will buy it
now.

Thanks
