Hi, Podcast can be created on the Mac with QuickTime and GarageBand which are both very accessible. The article below outlines things, although it's from a visual prospective and a little outdated as it refers to an app named Podcast Capture which is no longer on your Mac. The basics are there though and with a little investigation, you should be able to do everything you need to make a quality podcast.
