Hi,

• Select the playlist you wish to export.
• Go up to the File menu, down to Library, right and down to Export Playlist.

this will export a .txt file and place it in the location you wish to save it.
I usually put it on the Desktop. You can then get the txt file to the other
individual however you wish, eMail, share, or external media. The other
individual can then import the playlist into their own iTunes Library through
the File menu, Library, Import Playlist menu item.

A few things to note though. This is only a txt file with the playlist info
and meta-data, the songs are not exported. So the other iTunes Library must
have those songs somewhere in their Library as well, otherwise, they will show
up as broken, since the songs are not present in the iTunes Library.

Hope this makes sense.

Later...

How does one export playlists from iTunes on one computer so the playlists can
be imported to another person's library on a different computer. Both are macs,
and both accounts have permission to use each other's apps and playlists (this
can be done when each account is in a different country).

Kind regards,
