Everything is going to go to a WiFi standard I suspect. With AD coming out for high speed in room access and AC becoming pervasive it makes sense to handle everything natively over WiFi. You can also prioritize each class of data nicely.
Bluetooth won’t be the spec, it’s to short range. Only 10 meters or so and 15 - 20 meters at most depending on the class of transmitter used. WiFi has you out to 100+ meters even more in some conditions.
