No, I'm talking about the outgoing name when I send an email to anyone.
My name when I read the email I sent to myself on another account or
someone else reads it, it says "mac user" I can't figure out how to
change that!
I'm currently using my windows machine for emails until I can get that
straightened out. Thanks much,

Sorry, Chris obviously misunderstood. If you are referring to the name
that appears in the emails from and to the list, then you need to change
it in google groups settings for the group on the web. Activate "my
settings" button and you can change your email preferences there.

If you have more than one name - alias - when composing or replying to a
message, to the left of the signature popup button, there's a button
that features currently selected name. If you have more than one,
activate it and choose the one you wish. I hope this is what you were
referring to.
