Hi Robert, Just note that with the file name on the end including the mp3 your not trying to get into a file share but actually play an MP3. So is this file on your machine your sending this email from or on another machine?
The users/Robert/ is your user account and username on the machine, Try in finder going to the “GO” menu and then down to “GO” open this and type in the /box/music/ and it should take you to your music folder then hunt out your file of choice.
