Most of the time i have seen this type of behavior it is because the mail was
formatted with tables. Usually read all still works but sometimes out of order.
Part of the issue is the table might be merging rows and/or columns, so
navigation can get confused. I believe that HTML based eMail ignores the CSS
so the only way to get alignment of items in the message is to use tables.
I have to say, I believe Outlook with JAWS generally treats this type of e-mail
message better.
Perhaps this could be something Apple accessibility could improve in the future?
