Hi Mary, I cannot offer much here, except that I've had the same issue on and off since September. I'll be interested in the answer you receive. Sometimes, I found that I was banned from the list and had to sign back on. Unfortunately, there was the visual notification where you had to type in displayed characters and the speech option to deal with that wasd unintelligible. Welcome to the Mac world. You won't regret the Mac experience.
