I too have had this problem.
Jonathan Mosen also cited it as one of the furstrations which caused him
to quit the Mac. He seemed to think it was a Voiceover /OS issue.
The workaround I personally use is to do as little editing in Mars Edit
as possible.
I normally create my blogs outside of Mars Edit in something like text
Edit and just copy and paste into the Edit box and then publish with
Mars Edit.
