Hi,
In vlc, press cmd O to bbring up the open dialog and select the folder
that has the files you want. Now that the foder is selected, select the
opeen button and in a few seconds the files should start playing. I do
this all the timme if I have stuff I want to play. HTH.

Asking because was doing some exploring last night, when I went into my Gary's
Things folder on my external hard drive where all my things are located, VLC
started playing a load of files I didn't even want it to!
I went on my desktop running Windows and did some research on the Internet
through Google, the solution I found seems really complicated!
Creating a new folder, then dragging it into the media library!
I don't even know how to do this.
If playing a folder is too complicated, can anyone recommend a nice simple
VoiceOver accessible player which will play all formats but let you open
folders?
