hi, The keyboard commands are cmd-ctrl-up and cmd-ctrl-down. These are also found under the AudioBook menu item. This usually happens when CD's are inputted in the incorrect order. AudioBook Builder doesn't alphabetize or order anything on its own, it relies on you inserting the CD's in the correct order yourself.
