The only issue with the insert key is that the Macintosh keyboard does not have
one unless you get an extended keyboard. There is more of an issue with the
caps lock key since even in a VM the Macintosh OS does not forward the caps
lock to windows but instead does its thing. I wonder if this is a MacOS or
VMWare item. You will have to go through the archives for MacVisionaries for
solutions because that depend on the Specific OS and functionality you are
willing to lose.
