The major issues with ABBY and other tools that rely on PDF is that Apple
apparently went backwards in their support of PDF format's in their standard
library. A lot of the issues are resolved wrt the mainstream products, but I
believe support of the international standards to make PDF's accessible is
still to the best of my knowledge lacking.
