Hi Jenine, If you start the VoiceOver utility with VO+f8 and go to the file menu, you will have options to import and export your VoiceOver settings. You just need to export them to a file. You can tell the utility where to place the file. In your documents, downloads or even on the desktop if you prefer. You could then copy the file to iCloud Drive if you use it and then import it on the other Mac. You could also copy it on to a USB thumb drive and move it that way.
If you are using the Map protocol for your mail, when you log into your mail account on the iMac, all of the mailboxes should appear on that computer. If you are using pop3, you can manually copy the mail to the iMac but it is just a bit more involved.
