Hi, I don't believe that you can turn that off. "Up Next" is simply a system by which you can either know what song/s are coming up, or you can intervene and tell it to play something else. In a matter of speaking, iTunes is already playing what you want it to play. What I mean by this is, for example, if you start playing music from a playlist, or the main library, iTunes will play the songs in the order you have them listed in the playlist unless you tell it to shuffle the order. So, If you wish the songs to play within a specific order, then you should put them in that order in the playlist.
