Two options. Either rotor to "edit" and swipe up or down to "select all", then double tap, or rotor to "text selection". In the latter case, you'll swipe down until you find the selection increment you want, then swipe right to start selecting. Swipe left to de-select or, if you've navigated down the message with the rotor, to select backward. Once you have the selection with either method, rotor to "edit" and choose "copy".
